- TASTING NOTE: Deep crimson with brilliant purple hues. The nose is expressive and perfumed with lifted notes of ripe forest fruits, cassis, freshly picked bay leaves and sweet dried herbs. Subtle cedar, graphite and fine oak spice add complexity to what is a classic Margaret River nose. Elegant and finely structured, the palate showcases concentrated black fruits, cassis and plum layered with savoury notes of cocoa and cedar. Fine silky tannins provide shape and persistence. This coupled with a long, refined, lingering palate creates a wine with such poise that it defines the true essence of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. Xanadu Wines
