PICKUP YOUR ORDER INSTORE
Select 'pickup' when you place your online order and you can collect anytime during our opening hours.
Free. No minimum order.
Receipt of purchase must be presented when picking up orders.
All alcohol orders must be picked up by an individual 18 year or older. Proof of age and sobriety are required as per RSA regulation.
Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11am - 9pm
Sundays, Public Holidays: Closed
DELIVERY / SHIPPING OPTIONS
Local Delivery - Perth CBD
- Free delivery within 500m radius of The Heritage Wine Store & Bottle Shop.
- No minimum order.
- Same-day delivery for orders received before 4pm, Monday – Saturday.
- Next business day delivery for orders received after 4pm, or on Sunday.
- Free delivery is for delivery to one address only.
Local Delivery - Perth Metro
- $20 delivery within 15km of Perth CBD.
- Orders $150 and over qualify for free delivery.
- Orders of 6+ wine bottles qualify for free delivery.
- Local deliveries are completed by The Heritage Wine Store & Bottle Shop team on Fridays. Order cut off is 10am on the Friday of delivery.
- Free delivery is for delivery to one address only.
- We will be in touch to organise delivery of your order.
Australia Post Shipping - Wider Perth & WA Delivery
- Orders $300 and over qualify for free Australia Post standard shipping.
- Orders over $500 must be shipped with Signature On Delivery.
- Insurance and tracking included in all orders.
- Option to choose Express Post.
Australia Post Shipping - Australia Wide
For shipping to South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.
- Orders $400 and over qualify for free Australia Post standard shipping.
- Orders over $500 must be shipped with Signature On Delivery.
- Insurance and tracking included in all orders.
- Option to choose Express Post.
Please note that additional packaging requirements outside of our normal scope of packaging (eg. insulated coolers for shipping to warm climates) will attract additional fees.
SHIPPING IN HOT WEATHER
Exposure to hot temperatures can damage your wine.
Depending on the temperature the months from November to March can be too hot to send your wine in the post.
Australia Post does not offer a refrigerated shipping service.
If we think it is too hot to post your wine, we will get in touch with you to either approve shipping, or to arrange delivery at a later date when the weather is cooler.
We are happy to store your wine till the weather cools down!
