Step through the iconic 1920s sandstone arches and settle into one of the most unique drinking and dining experiences in the Perth CBD.

The Heritage is home to a wine bar and restaurant, specialist wine store and bottle shop, Bobeche Cocktail Bar, a collection of dining rooms, function areas and a rooftop private dining space with city views.

Housed in the beautifully restored Royal Insurance Building, The Heritage has been a city gem for over a decade.

    Executive Chef Guillaume Groult's flavour packed food is straight-talking and underwritten by fastidious technique and creativity. His uncompromising, made from scratch approach is behind all The Heritage menus.

    A flavour-first ethos means quality produce all the way. The menu is a delicious showcase of small-scale farmers, fishers and makers, with a focus on sustainability and regenerative farming.

    The heart of The Heritage is the wine cellar. The highly curated and ever-evolving collection features iconic labels, up and coming producers, and rare wines from around the world.

  • CONSIDERED DRINKS

    Well-crafted drinks are the go at The Heritage. Whether it's a pre-dinner Freezer Martini, a post-show Old Fashioned or something alcohol free that still gets shaken to order and served in a fancy cup!
