- TASTING NOTE: Made by pot distilling two barriques of Wilyabrup Chenin Blanc. Inspired by navigating life, it is bold, invigorating and transports you to the edges of the ocean. Sandalwood, coastal daisy, orange peel, chamomile and white pepper.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Based in Western Australia's Margaret River wine region, Nick (Maker) and Sarah (Master) make single vineyard, low-intervention wines with left of centre varieties and techniques. The wines are made with a light touch, avoiding fining and filtering while being sensitive to their needs rather than imposing pre-existing recipes.
