- TASTING NOTE: "Whole bunches locked up in open fermenters for a four-day carbonic maceration then destemmed with 14 days on skins. A light, very bright crimson. Lovely, lifted aromatics of freshly picked raspberries, cranberries, bright florals and mountain herbs. In the mouth, this is brightly fruited and perfectly balanced by the wine's juicy acidity and light, gently crunchy tannins. ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Trapeze Wines is a partnership between winemaker Brian Conway and the owner of the Six Js Estate, Malcolm Wiley. The Wiley family bought the estate in 2012, which was formerly known as Roundstone Vineyard and had been wiped out by the Black Saturday bushfires in 2009.
