- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Located in the famous Margaret River wine region, The West Winds Distillery has been producing award wining spirits since 2010. Before their official launch, it took a whole year of tinkering and 45 distillations to craft their first gins, The Sabre and The Cutlass. But boy, did it pay off! The Cutlass was awarded a Double Gold—the first Australian spirit to do so—followed by a Gold for The Sabre just three weeks later at San Francisco's top spirit competition.
