- TASTING NOTE: This classic Bordeaux blend delivers aromas of raspberries, bay leaf, and crushed violets. The palate shows ample and refined, with hints of cedar, cocoa and fresh earth well supported by a framework of firm yet fine tannins. Sourced from an exceptional, gravel rich vineyard in the Yallingup hills, this wine is a true reflection of season and site.

ABOUT THE WINE: Hand harvested, destemmed whole berries into open fermenters. Wild ferment with natural malolactic on skins for four months. Pressed off to seasoned French oak barriques. Then simply racked to blend before bottling with minimal sulphur.
- ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Stonegaze is a tiny 2 hectare family owned vineyard near Yallingup in the Margaret River wine region. They utilise natural organic farming practices within the vineyard, with no chemical herbicides or pesticides and minimal interference to the dry grown vines. This minimal approach is carried through to the winery where Jo Perry of Dormilona wines looks after the winemaking.
