- TASTING NOTE: "The 2018 Tokaji Blue Label 5-Puttonyos is blessed with an effervescent bouquet: dried honey, white flowers, apricots and touches of quince. Wonderful delineation. The palate is viscous on the entry with sufficient countervailing acidity to keep this Tokaji on its toes. That apricot element is quite pronounced. Crème brûlée and almond hints appear towards the persistent finish. Drink this now and over the next 12 to 15 years." 91 Points - Neal Martin, Vinous
- ABOUT THE WINE: Fine quality Aszú berries with good flavour, balance and perfect botrytis were macerated in fermenting must for two days. After pressing and finishing fermentation, the wines were filled into 300 and 500 litre Hungarian oak casks and left to age in deep, underground cellars for over two years.
