ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Nivarius is a singular and unique winery in Rioja, which only produces white wines in a land better known for its reds. Here, native varieties such as white Maturana, Viura, white Garnacha or white Tempranillo are main characters. Vineyards are located near Sierra de Cameros at altitudes between 700 and 800 metres with different aspects. This favourable freshness, which sets an unusual project devoted to achieve great white wines capable for ageing.
