ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Max is the 20th-generation winemaker at his family's historic estate, Geierslay. He is farming just 1.2 hectares and is certainly one of the most talented next generation Mosel producers. These are spectacular wines that are offering wonderful value for money. The grapes are basket pressed and fermented in stainless steel. There's an incredible transparent nature to these wines while they still hold great fruit concentration and rays of mineral.
