ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Nestled in the rolling hills south-east of Manjimup, Koomal Creek is a vineyard transformed by Ian and Louise Simpson into a thriving estate dedicated to producing premium wines. When the couple purchased the vineyard in 2012, it was far from what it is today. The property, once known as Koolama, had been left abandoned and was in desperate need of revitalisation. For Ian and Louise, it presented an opportunity not only to transform the land but to pursue a shared dream of producing premium wines that truly reflect the terroir of the Southern Forests. Southern Forests Wine
