The palate is intense and joyous, laden with juicy berry fruit, moreish spice and a fine plum skin like texture. - ABOUT THE WINE: 3 day cold soak then crushed and fermented on skins for 10 days. about 10% underwent carbonic maceration separately. Raised in older hogsheads and barriques for 6 months.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Juniper is the owner and custodian of some of Margaret River's most prized vineyard blocks. Family owned since 1973 and under the stewardship of the Hill family from 1998, the estate now comprises three distinct sites from Karridale in the south to Metricup in the north. Juniper's philosophy is anchored in organic viticulture and a culture of innovation and collaboration in the winery.
