  • TASTING NOTE: The nose is fragrant with intense black fruits, bay leaf and a hint of violets. Medium to full-bodied and awash with juicy blackcurrant pastille and dark fruit characters. Fresh, balanced acidity with ripe, fine tannins and a persistent, satisfying finish. Juniper
  • ABOUT THE WINE: The fruit was sourced from the estates Wilyabrup and Karridale vineyards, both of which are sustainably farmed following organic practices. Cabernet Sauvignon (81.6%), Merlot (10.5%), Shiraz (4.7%), Malbec (1.5%), Petit Verdot (1.3%) & Cabernet Franc (0.4%). All the varieties were fermented separately in a mix of open and closed fermenters, and spent between 8 to 21 days on skins. Further aging in oak in separate batches took place until blending. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in barrel (12% new French). Juniper
  • ABOUT THE PRODUCER:Juniper is the owner and custodian of some of Margaret River's most prized vineyard blocks.
