ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Flowstone is named for the famous limestone caves of the region, in particular Lake Cave, with was originally known as Queen Of The Earth. The winery is a partnership between long-time Margaret River winemakers Stuart Pym and Janice McDonald, who were the founders of Suckfizzle and Stella Bella wines in the 1990's. At Flowstone, there’s no rush and no shortcuts – just care, curiosity, and a deep respect for the craft. Each wine is made on the small estate and released only when it’s ready, capturing the individuality of the region and their own unique take on it as winemakers. The centre piece of their projects is the Flowstone vineyard in the Forest Grove area, 17 km south of Margaret River, where they cultivate Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Touriga, and Gewurztraminer.
