ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Nestled in the heart of the Marne Valley, the estate was founded in the 1900s and the first bottles were marketed in the 1950s. The estate is now run by Dylan and Léna Taillet, 5th generation, who are more committed than ever to their philosophy of working the vines with respect for the environment and in harmony with nature. For many years, the vineyards has been cultivated without herbicides or fertilizers and are in conversion to certified organic viticulture. They farm 37 parcels of vines which are planted to 75% Pinot Meunier, which is the house focus.
