Run by Didier Barral, the domaine is a leader in biodynamic and regenerative agriculture, using animals like pigs and cows to cultivate soil vitality. Old vines of Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache are farmed with zero chemicals, and the wines are made with native yeasts, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur. The wines are dense yet lifted, with wild herbal notes, dark fruit, and a fierce mineral backbone from the schist soils.
