- ABOUT THE WINE: In a bottle of our Brut, an orchestra of three grape varieties plays a particularly balanced score. The 60% Chardonnay content forms the backbone of its structure while the 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay give it depth and fruit. The 5% Pinot Meunier perfects these harmonies with aromatic density. Without ever assaulting the palate, this is a beautifully powerful champagne. Freshness and roundness merge to deliver a clean, fruity finish, with well-balanced and elegant length on the palate. A light dosage is added to Delamotte Brut champagne after thirty-six months’ maturation on the lees, as is the case for the entire Delamotte range. Delamotte

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: It’s in 1760, right in the middle of the intellectual, cultural, and scientific movement of the Enlightenment that Maison Delamotte was established in Reims by François Delamotte. Maison Delamotte it's first of all a family story between a father, François Delamotte and his two sons, Alexandre and Nicolas-Louis. In 1988, Bernard de Nonancourt, establishes the Laurent-Perrier group by integrating the family Champagne house Delamotte. This same year, Bernard gets the opportunity to purchase the neighbor of Delamotte, the legendary Maison Champagne Salon. Since 1997, Didier Depond has been managing both Champagne houses: Delamotte and Salon. He develops the image and reputation of the two brands in more than fifty countries, making Delamotte’s motto “Vive et me Ama” resonate higher than ever.
