- ABOUT THE WINE: A field blend of 52% Tempranillo and 48% Malbec; the certified organic grapes were hand harvested on the same day. The fruit was then individually berry sorted and combined prior to carbonic maceration and natural co-fermentation in a single French oak vat. Maturation followed in the same seasoned French oak vat for 10 months. An aromatic pop of cherry, blueberry and Chinese five spice jumps from the glass. Medium bodied with pomegranate, cocoa and squid ink umami which fill the palate, whilst soft gravelly tannins drive home a crunchy, vibrant, juicy, fleshy, turgid, lip smacking and moreish finish!

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Corymbia is the passion project of Rob and Genevieve Mann, producing stunning wines from vineyards in the Swan Valley and Margaret River. Chenin Blanc, Tempranillo and Malbec are sourced form the old vines of Rocket's Vineyard in the Swan Valley and Cabernet comes from Calgardup Vineyard in Margaret River. Both vineyards are dry grown and organically farmed.
