- ABOUT THE WINE: The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates and vinified in temperature-controlled truncated cone-shaped vats. The wine is aged for 14 months in barrels (50% new, 40% one wine) and 10% in vegetable polymeric eggs, in amphoras and in wine globes.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Located in the northwest of Saint-Émilion, on the edge of the Pomerol appellation Château La Dominique's 29-hectare vineyard, owned by the Fayat family since 1969, benefits from a great terroir, whose plots adjoin the most famous vineyards of the region - Cheval Blanc, Figeac, La Conseillante, L'Evangile. The Château La Dominique is a Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Emilion since the first classification of the appellation which dates from 1955.
