- TASTING NOTE: Alamos Malbec 2024 boasts a deep purple hue adorned with violet reflections. Its aroma unfolds with a memorable intensity of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries and cherries, accompanied by subtle floral notes reminiscent of violets, and a hint of toast. Upon tasting, one cannot help but be swept away by the concentration of cassis and raspberry flavours, which intertwine delightfully with nuances of chocolate and sweet spices, reminiscent of oak ageing. The finish lingers on the palate with mature tannins, caressing with their silky texture. It is an excellent choice for those seeking an expressive Argentine malbec, with a balanced complexity and an enveloping character.
- ABOUT THE WINE: Eight months of aging in French 225 L barrels at a medium toast level.
