Grenache, Mataro, Carignan, Counoise and Shiraz are sourced from key Barossa vineyards, the fruit is hand-harvested and fermented in small open-top fermenters using indigenous yeasts.. The wine is basket pressed and matured in a mix of stainless steels and older French oak foudre for 12 months.
