Fruit for our Bright Young Things Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from premium cool-climate vineyards which produce crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc with intense aromatics and a clean, palate. Following harvest, the fruit was taken immediately for crushing to avoid extended skin contact and unnecessary handling. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to ensure a fresh and vibrant finish before being filtered, fined and bottled early to maximise vibrancy. \u003cstrong\u003eHesketh\u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eABOUT THE PRODUCER: \u003c\/strong\u003eEstablished by Jonathon Hesketh in ’06, this label is now part of The Usual Suspects Collective, which also has Ox Hardy Wines and Parker Coonawarra Estate under its wing, among others. Jonathon, who still oversees the winery’s operations, spent 7 years as the global sales and marketing manager of Wirra Wirra, and 2.5 years as general manager of Distinguished Vineyards in NZ. He is also the son of Robert Hesketh, one of the key players in the development of many facets of the SA wine industry. As a small, family-owned producer of high-quality wines, the Hesketh Wine Company works with local growers and processes their own fruit in the traditional method. But rather than follow the path most travelled and attempt to be all things to all people from one region, their approach is to focus solely on the strengths of various growing regions.
